The Traditional Göktepe Culture and Solidarity Festival, organized for the twelfth time in Menteşe's Göktepe Neighborhood to keep local culture alive and sustain solidarity, was held with great enthusiasm and broad participation from protocol members and citizens.
Festival Began with Parade and Stands
The 12th Traditional Göktepe Culture and Solidarity Festival began with a parade walk that witnessed colorful scenes.
Throughout the day, visiting stands were explored, and various events were organized to keep the local culture alive.
Artistic Events and Music
Within the scope of the program, folk songs were performed accompanied by drums and zurnas, and çentme was served to the participants.
Muğla Metropolitan Municipality City Orchestra, Conservatory Folk Dances Department, and artist Selcan Kökcan Şahin took the stage.
Protocol and High Participation
The event was attended by Muğla Deputy Governor Ali Edip Budan, Menteşe Mayor Gonca Köksal Aras, and numerous guests.
The delegation joined the tables of citizens in the festival area, coming together with the local people.
