Gül Cabbaroğlu Nacaroğlu Discussed Her Work in Industry and Art

Obel Cıvata Chairperson Gül Cabbaroğlu Nacaroğlu stated that she successfully combines industrialist and artist identities, announcing their goal to increase female employment.

Goal of Female Employment in Industry

Operating in three different production facilities in the İzmir Atatürk Organized Industrial Zone, Obel Cıvata Chairperson Gül Cabbaroğlu Nacaroğlu stated that they aim to increase the rate of female employment in the company from the current 35-40 percent to over 50 percent.

Art and Social Responsibility Projects

Closely interested in art alongside industrialism, Nacaroğlu noted that she acts in theater and entered the studio at the Ege University Conservatory to release a record titled "Zümrüd-ü Anka", with all proceeds to be used for the benefit of women and children.

Versatile Life and Education

Having played basketball during her high school years and participated in theater, folk dances, and the Turkish Classical Music choir, Nacaroğlu is also continuing her education in the field of media and communication.

Emphasizing that she acts as a binding and balancing element between the first and second generations within the company, Nacaroğlu advocates that women should assume a more active role in industry and in all areas of life.
