Istanbul Cultural Route Festival to Take Place Between September 26 and October 4
Organized by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the festival will meet the residents of Istanbul for nine days between September 26 and October 4.
The Türkiye Culture Road Festival, organized by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, will take place in Istanbul for nine days from September 26 to October 4. Minister Mehmet Nuri Ersoy expressed their satisfaction with being back in Istanbul as the 20th stop of the festival.
Festival Opening
The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra will perform the opening concert of the festival at the AKM Türk Telekom Opera Hall. The National Arab Orchestra will also present classical and contemporary interpretations of Arabic music in the program.
Rich Music Program
The event calendar features Carmina Burana, the Istanbul State Symphony Orchestra, Büşra Kayıkçı, İncesaz, and the Presidential Classical Turkish Music Choir Hicaz Faslı. The program also includes events from the 8th Istanbul International Folk Music Festival.
Open-Air Stage Concerts
Numerous artists such as Özcan Deniz, Oğuzhan Koç, Murat Boz, Kıraç, Simge, and Bengü will give concerts at the Galataport Clock Tower Square and the AKM Türk Telekom Open-Air Stage. Ceza, Aydilge, Resul Dindar, Derya Uluğ, and Motive are also among the names that will take the stage.
Art and Exhibition Events
While the Stanislavsky Ballet Gala will be staged at the AKM Theater Hall, the "Three Painters" exhibition consisting of works by Alaettin Aksoy, Mehmet Güleryüz, and Komet will open to art lovers at the AKM Gallery.
Spread Across Cultural Centers
Festival events will spread to many different venues including the Atatürk Cultural Center, Tophane-i Amire, Rami Library, Grand Çamlıca Mosque, and Tarık Zafer Tunaya Cultural Center.
