İzmir concert by İklim Tamkan in memory of Ferdi Zeyrek

Pianist and harpsichordist İklim Tamkan will give three concerts in İzmir, İstanbul, and Manisa in memory of Manisa Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ferdi Zeyrek, with the first event taking place on October 14 in İzmir.

Memorial Concerts Begin

Pianist and harpsichordist İklim Tamkan will give three concerts in İzmir, İstanbul, and Manisa in memory of the late Manisa Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Architect Ferdi Zeyrek.

The first gathering of the concert series will meet with music lovers on Wednesday, October 14 at 20:00 at the Sahne Tozu Tiyatrosu Haldun Dormen Stage.

Proceeds Will Be Transferred to the Foundation

All ticket proceeds from the concert series to be held will be donated to the Ferdi Zeyrek Foundation, which carries out activities aimed at the education of children and young people.

Special Repertoire Selection

In the program she prepared for this special commemoration, İklim Tamkan will include works by Bach, Chopin, Mozart, Satie, Gurdjieff–de Hartmann, Ryuichi Sakamoto, and Arno Babajanyan.

Solidarity and Memory

The artist conceived the concert not merely as a commemoration event, but as an occasion for solidarity where loss can be transformed into memory and value.
