Asset measures requested within the scope of the investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office regarding alleged manipulative transactions in certain stocks on Borsa İstanbul have been lifted through Capital Markets Board notifications.

Details of the Investigation

The Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office launched an investigation into allegations that manipulative transactions were carried out through funds in certain stocks traded on Borsa İstanbul.

The elements of the crime were investigated in the letter dated September 26, 2026, prepared by the Bureau of Investigation for Financing of Terrorism and Money Laundering.

Asset Measures and CMB Decisions

The Chief Public Prosecutor's Office requested the implementation of various asset measures concerning 46 legal entities, 18 funds, and 42 natural persons.

In line with the new evaluations by the Capital Markets Board, it was decided to lift the measures regarding the assets and money movements applied to the companies in question.

Allegations and Institutional Statements

The allegation that fund assets in TERA were withdrawn was brought to the public agenda by journalist Barış Yarkadaş.

IC İçtaş and the Çeçen Family denied the allegations, stating that they have no ties to speculative structures and that no measures have been placed on their assets.
