Forbidden Musical to Be Staged at DasDas
DasDas Academy graduation play "Forbidden Musical" brings to the stage the love of two young people struggling with bans in a dystopian town with a humorous language. Dealing with the struggle of tradespeople and the poor against prohibitions, the production will meet the audience on September 26.
The Picture of Dorian Gray to Premiere
Directed by Mehmet Birkiye and produced by Zorlu PSM, The Picture of Dorian Gray will premiere on December 3 as the closing show of the 30th Istanbul Theatre Festival. Salih Bademci, Engin Hepileri, and Yiğit Sertdemir star in the production.
Şebnem Ferah Concerts
Şebnem Ferah, one of the powerful voices of Turkish rock music, will come together with her fans in two special concerts in September. The artist will take the stage on September 18 at İzmir Arena and on September 24 at Istanbul KüçükÇiftlik Park.
Chamber Music Festival Begins
The 6th Istanbul International Chamber Music Festival opens its doors today, meeting art lovers at the Kadıköy Municipality Süreyya Opera House. The festival, under the general artistic directorship of Nil Kocamangil, will run until September 24.
