The 10th Çanakkale Biennial Begins with the Theme of Ebb & Flow
Marking its tenth edition with art enthusiasts, the Çanakkale Biennial will take place across Troy and Çanakkale with international participation.
The 10th edition of the Çanakkale Biennial is preparing to open its doors between October 10 and November 20, 2026, under the title "Metcezir // Ebb & Flow".
To Be Held with the Theme of Ebb & Flow
The Çanakkale Biennial will hold its tenth edition under the title Ebb & Flow between October 10 and November 20, 2026.
The event aims to bring audiences together with contemporary artworks centered around the concepts of water, soil, memory, and transformation.
International Artists Participating
Realized with the participation of over 60 artists from Turkey and around the world, the biennial spans a wide geography.
Alongside Turkey, artists from the Netherlands, Germany, South Korea, the United Kingdom, China, Romania, France, and Belgium are taking part.
Venues Stretching from Çanakkale to Troy
Biennial exhibitions will be presented to audiences at the Troy Museum and various cultural institutions within the MAHAL art ecosystem.
Events will also spread to locations such as Ayvacık Tartışık Village, the Adatepe Olive Oil Museum, and the Assos Güneşane Foundation.
Institutional and Local Partnerships
The organization is realized with the support of various institutions during the twentieth year of the Çanakkale Biennial Initiative.
While Dardanel and Kale Group serve as main supporters, local stakeholders also contribute to the project.
