The 19th Turkey Culture Route Festival Kicks Off in Ankara
The capital Ankara is hosting hundreds of artistic and cultural events as part of the Turkey Culture Route Festival, which will last for nine days.
The comprehensive festival, held between September 19 and 27 in Ankara as the 19th stop of the Turkey Culture Route Festival, started at CSO Ada Ankara with the participation of Minister of Culture and Tourism Mehmet Nuri Ersoy.
Start of the Festival
Ankara, this year's 19th stop of the Turkey Culture Route Festival, is hosting the festival for the fifth time with the title of 2026 Tourism Capital of the Turkic World.
Exhibition Visits
Minister of Culture and Tourism Mehmet Nuri Ersoy visited various exhibitions as part of the opening held at CSO Ada Ankara.
Event Schedule
Throughout the nine-day festival, a total of 518 events at 42 different venues will meet with art lovers.
Concert Program
Many famous names will give concerts on the main stage to be set up at the Capital Nation Garden, and a Children's Village will be established in the area.
International Participants
The festival program also includes international names and ensembles such as the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra and the National Arab Orchestra.
Gastronomy Gatherings
In the field of gastronomy, the Ankara Flavor Points Selection featuring more than 50 restaurants and tasting events will be organized.
