Victory Days Event Held in Topkapı Kaleiçi Square
The 9-day event organized by Fatih Municipality brought Istanbul's historical heritage and conquest memory together with visitors.
The 'Victory Days of a Nation' program, implemented by Fatih Municipality in Topkapı Kaleiçi Square and lasting for nine days, revived Istanbul's historical memory with rich cultural activities.
Cultural Gathering Next to Historical City Walls
The event, held right next to the historical walls carrying the memory of the conquest of Istanbul, brought together thousands of citizens from different segments of society and all age groups.
Rich Historical and Traditional Program
Within the scope of the program, conquest reenactments, the Çanakkale Museum exhibition, and mehter and brass band performances allowed participants to experience the atmosphere of the past once again.
Additionally, horse and pony shows, sword-and-shield games, traditional archery activities, and folk dance performances were followed with great interest.
Social and Cultural Activities
The square bazaar, traditional flavors, auction areas, concerts, and special children's events offered visitors colorful and fulfilling moments for nine days.
