It was stated that General Bayraktaroğlu attended this important gathering alongside Pakistan's Chief of Defence Forces and Army Chief, Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, and Saudi Arabia's Chief of General Staff, General Fayyadh Bin Hamed Al-Ruwaili.
