Stationery store official Tolga Güngör warned families regarding product safety, emphasizing that products without TSE certificates and unverified under-the-counter products should be avoided. It was stated that families should not prefer products simply because they are cheap.

According to the calculations of industry representative Tolga Güngör, comprehensive stationery shopping for a primary or middle school level student can be completed between 2,000 and 3,000 lira.
High School Students' Expenses
The increase in the amount of notebooks and other materials needed by high school students drives costs up. It is projected that the stationery expenses for a student in the high school group range between 3,000 and 4,000 lira.
