Altunç Kumova's Statements to the Prosecutor's Office
Banker Altunç Kumova, the owner of Destek Holding A.Ş., gave testimony as a suspect within the framework of the investigation and declared his monthly income as 1 million Turkish Lira at the prosecutor's office.
Share Increases and Public Offering Details
Kumova responded to questions about the company's value reaching from 15 billion Turkish Liras to 1.3 trillion Turkish Liras and the increases experienced in the shares, denying the accusations. Stating that they agreed with Tera Yatırım during the public offering process of Destek Faktoring in February 2025, Kumova defended that he had no control over the share increases.
New Detention Decisions and Names
Within the scope of the ongoing investigation, names including Pusula Holding Chairman of the Board Serdar Turhan and Tera Yatırım executives Alper Öztürk and Emre Tezmen were detained.
Previous Measures and Arrests
It was officially reported that 4 suspects had previously been arrested in the investigation file, and travel bans abroad and asset freeze measures had been decided for 51 people.
