Application Requirements for Istanbul's New Rental Housing Project Announced
Rental prices and application details for the social rental housing project in Istanbul, announced by Minister Murat Kurum, have been finalized.
The application requirements, rental prices, and schedule for the first phase of the 15,000 rental housing project to be implemented in Istanbul have been officially announced.
Details of the Rental Housing Project
It has been announced that in addition to the 100,000 social housing units to be built in Istanbul, 15,000 rental homes will soon meet citizens. Within the scope of the project, it was stated that 1,071 homes will be delivered to their owners in the first phase.
Application Requirements and Criteria
Those wishing to benefit from the project are required to be at least 18 years old, married, and a citizen of the Republic of Turkey. Additionally, a household income of less than 100,000 liras and residing in Istanbul for at least 1 year are required.
Rental Prices and Types
Rental prices, determined below the regional market rate, vary according to housing types. 1+1 apartments start at 10,000 liras, 2+1 apartments at 12,000 liras, 3+1 apartments at 15,000 liras, and 4+1 apartments at 18,000 liras.
Application and Delivery Schedule
Applications for the project will start on September 14, and no application fee will be charged. The 1,071 rental homes in the first phase are planned to be delivered in October.
