Capital Markets Board Approves Companies' Capital Increases

The Capital Markets Board (CMB) announced its weekly bulletin, approving a total of 1.65 billion liras in bonus capital increases for two companies, while also sharing various debt instrument issuances and administrative fine decisions with the public.

Bonus Capital Increases

According to the weekly bulletin of the Capital Markets Board (CMB), the bonus capital increase requests of two companies totaling 1.65 billion liras were approved. Kiler Holding AŞ's capital was increased by 1.3 billion liras to 2.925 billion liras.

Ayes Çelik Hasır ve Çit Sanayi AŞ's capital of 150 million liras was raised to 500 million liras with a 350 million lira bonus increase.

Approval for Bond and Lease Certificate Issuances

Within the framework of the Board's decisions, Akademi Çevre Entegre Atık Yönetimi Endüstri AŞ was officially granted permission for the issuance of 400 million liras in bonds and financing bills.

Additionally, it was announced that Emlak Varlık Kiralama AŞ's application for the issuance of 5 billion liras in lease certificates and asset-backed securities was approved by the board.

Administrative Fine Decision

The examinations conducted regarding Hidropar Hareket Kontrol Teknolojileri Merkezi Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ were completed, and the sanction decision was announced by the Board.

As a result of the examinations, it was decided to impose an administrative fine totaling 71,026,385 liras on 3 real persons and 1 legal entity.

Partnership and Merger Transactions

The Board positively responded to the request for a change in the partnership structure and capital increase of Neta Menkul Değerler AŞ.

On the other hand, the announcement text regarding the simplified merger transaction to be carried out by Rönesans Gayrimenkul Yatırım AŞ through the acquisition of Cevizli Gayrimenkul Yatırım İnşaat Turizm Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ was approved.
