The request by Daiichi Elektronik to align its articles of association with the Capital Market Legislation for a public offering and to transition to the registered capital system has been approved by the Capital Markets Board.
CMB Approval for Public Offering
The request for the company's articles of association to be made compatible with the Capital Market Legislation for the purpose of a public offering and to be granted permission for the transition to the registered capital system was met positively by the Capital Markets Board.
This approval granted by the Capital Markets Board means that one of the preparatory stages in the company's process of going public has been successfully completed.

Karel Elektronik is the main shareholder, holding a 54 percent stake in Daiichi Elektronik.
Doğan Holding holds a total 46.6 percent stake in the company, consisting of a direct 25 percent and an indirect 21.6 percent stake, through its subsidiary Öncü Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Ortaklığı.
