Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey Governor Fatih Karahan will make a presentation at the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM) Plan and Budget Committee on the topics of the Turkish economy, inflation, and monetary policy.
Details of the Committee Meeting
The TBMM Plan and Budget Committee will convene in the coming days under the chairmanship of Committee Chairman and AK Party Samsun Deputy Mehmet Muş. The most important agenda item of the meeting will be the official briefing to be given by the Central Bank Governor.
Economic Topics on the Agenda
Central Bank Governor Fatih Karahan is expected to make a comprehensive evaluation at the meeting within the framework of global developments, the Turkish economy, inflation, and monetary policy. Interest rate decisions and steps in the fight against inflation will also be addressed.
