Chief Public Prosecutor's Office Denies Allegations of Measures in Fund Investigation
The Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office has denied claims that asset restriction orders previously lifted for 106 individuals and entities in the fund investigation have been reinstated.
Claims that new asset restriction orders had been issued against 106 individuals and entities in the fund investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office Bureau for Investigation of Laundering Crimes were denied. The total number of detained suspects within the scope of the investigation reached 51.

The Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office Bureau for Investigation of Laundering Crimes stated that the claims regarding the re-application of asset restrictions on 106 individuals and entities whose restrictions were previously lifted do not reflect the truth.
No New or Additional Restriction Orders Exist
In the official statement, it was clearly emphasized that there are no new or additional restriction decisions taken by judicial authorities within the framework of the fund investigation.
Suspects Referred to Courthouse After Health Check
Within the scope of the investigation regarding capital market transactions, 12 detained suspects were referred to the courthouse after undergoing health checks.

It was stated that the suspects referred to the courthouse are Kerem Lafçı, Necmettin Enes Töbü, Engin Geylan, Niyazi Derindağ, Hacı Bayram Adıyaman, Yunus Caf, Ayşegül Kaya, Evren Uçar, Okan Uzunoğlu, Cem Gürkan Alpay, Duygu Kuşçu, and Hüseyin Emre Sezer.

Information was shared that detained suspects Emin Münir Sarpyener and Erdin Özel will be referred to the courthouse the following day after their procedures are completed.
Total Number of Detainees in the Investigation
It was stated that as a result of the procedures carried out up to the present day during the comprehensive fund investigation process, the total number of detainees has reached 51 individuals.
