According to the statement on the Competition Authority's website, the preliminary research conducted regarding Adkoturk has been completed, and the findings obtained were deemed serious and sufficient.
Allegations of Violation and Scope of the Law
Allegations that the company abused its dominant position to make competitors' operations difficult, excluded them from the market, determined resale prices, and imposed non-compete obligations were examined.
Interim Measure Decision Taken
In order to prevent irreparable damages that may occur in the market, it was decided not to provide advantages such as free products, delisting, and activity budgets to sales points until the final decision.
