Critical Development in Fund Investigation: Erdoğan Meets with Economic Management in Ankara

As the legal process and detentions regarding Turkey's prominent fund investigation continue at full speed, President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan is gathering the economic management and heads of regulatory institutions in Ankara.

Latest Status in the Investigation

In the writ sent by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office to MASAK, financial data of executives from certain finance and investment holdings were requested.

The number of suspects arrested in operations carried out within the scope of the investigation has reached a total of 56 people.

Economy Summit in Ankara

The main agenda item of the meeting to be held under the leadership of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan is the fund investigation.

In addition to the economic management, the heads of regulatory and supervisory institutions are also taking part in the meeting.
