While prominent data in international stock exchanges and the Turkish economy were monitored, the CBRT September confidence index and expectations were announced.

Global stock market movements
The Stoxx Europe 600 technology sector index started the day with an increase of 0.6%, the Germany DAX index by 0.5%, the Spain IBEX 35 index by 0.7%, the UK FTSE 250 index by 0.2%, and the FTSE 100 index by 0.35%.
The FTSE 100 health sector index opened with a 0.5% decrease, while the energy sector index opened with a 0.8% increase.
France PMI data
Economic indicators for September in France became official.
According to the announced data, the France September Services PMI was recorded at 51.4, the France September Composite PMI at 51.2, and the France September Manufacturing PMI at 50.3.
Status of Asian markets
While indices in Chinese markets closed the day with a decline, the ChiNext price index fell by 0.6%.
Additionally, the Shenzhen composite index closed down 0.5%, and the Shanghai composite index closed down 0.4%. In South Korea, the Kospi index finished the day with a 0.9% increase.
Turkey financial indicators
According to data from the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey, the Financial Services Confidence Index increased by 8 points in September, reaching the level of 158.4.
The BIST 100 index started the day with a decrease of 0.35% at 13,152.37 points.
Household expectations
Households' expectation of an increase in housing prices at the end of the next 12 months was realized as 30.69% in September.
For the same period, the 12-month-ahead US dollar exchange rate expectation was announced at the level of 55.90 Turkish Lira.
Inflation forecasts
The ratio of households predicting that inflation will increase in the next 12-month period was 65.15%, while the ratio of those expecting it to decrease was 16.25%.
The 12-month-ahead annual inflation expectation was realized as 45.60% for households, 32.50% for the real sector, and 23.70% for market participants.
Sectoral developments
