The duration of the 'It Is From Us Half' urban transformation campaign, which is implemented in Istanbul for the renewal of risky buildings and provides grants, loans, and moving assistance, has been extended until December 31, 2027.
Locations Where the Campaign Applies
The campaign is currently being carried out only within the borders of Istanbul. All owners of risky structures across the city's thirty-nine districts are able to benefit from this support.
Steps to Follow for Application
In the process, it is first necessary to find a contractor with technical and financial sufficiency and make a secure contract. Afterward, a risk assessment is conducted through institutions licensed by the ministry.
Provided Financing and Support Amounts
Within the scope of building-based transformation support, eight hundred seventy-five thousand liras in grants, eight hundred seventy-five thousand liras in loans, and one hundred twenty-five thousand liras in moving assistance are provided for each residence.
Supports Offered for Workplaces
For workplace owners, four hundred thirty-seven thousand five hundred liras each in grants and loans, along with one hundred twenty-five thousand liras in moving assistance, are provided.
Loan Terms and Repayment Conditions
No income or credit score checks are performed for loan applications. Repayments begin two years after the building permit is obtained and are spread over a ten-year term.
