In a statement made through the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), Emlak Katılım reported that applications have been submitted to authorized institutions in order to obtain the necessary legal permissions and approvals within the scope of Katılımevim and Birevim share transfer transactions.

In the information provided by Emlak Katılım to the Public Disclosure Platform, it was stated that the official permission and approval processes required for the share transfer transactions of the companies have been officially launched.

Institutional Approvals Awaited Following Negotiations

Following the progress recorded as a result of the negotiations that started on September 17, applications were completed to the relevant supervisory and regulatory institutions for the completion of the transfer procedures.

Relevant Public and Regulatory Institutions

Official applications were submitted to the General Directorate of Publicly Owned Corporations and Enterprises of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance, the Capital Markets Board, and the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency in order for the share transfers to be carried out.

Transactions Aimed to Be Completed as Soon as Possible

Emlak Katılım conveyed that it is targeted to finalize the share transfer transactions in the shortest possible timeframe immediately after the approvals and permissions to be received from the relevant official institutions.

The Process Began with Acquisition Negotiations

The process in question had begun with the negotiations carried out by Emlak Katılım's subsidiary, Emlak Katılım Tasarruf Finansman, with the aim of acquiring the companies Katılımevim and Birevim.
