Minister Şimşek Emphasizes Protection of Rights
Minister of Treasury and Finance Mehmet Şimşek stated in a television broadcast that the rights of citizens within the system will definitely be protected and necessary actions will be taken.
Minister Şimşek stated that since the crowd in question does not hold professional investor status, the state's approach and treatment will differ accordingly.
Share Transfers and Investigations
In a statement made on September 9, Katılımevim announced that negotiations had been initiated for the acquisition of shares belonging to Pusula Finans Holding and group companies by Tera Group companies.
Within the scope of ongoing judicial investigations, Muhammed Yarız, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Pusula Portföy, was arrested, and judicial measures were applied to numerous individuals.
Capital Markets Board Decisions
As a result of the new decisions taken by the Capital Markets Board, the procedures and principles for funds entering the liquidation process have been determined.
While the total number of liquidated funds has risen to 131, the CMB decisions project that the liquidation process will be completed within a maximum of three months.
