Expropriation decision for energy and infrastructure projects in various provinces
According to the decisions published in the Official Gazette, certain immovable properties will be urgently expropriated for energy transmission and oil exploration projects to be carried out in different regions of the country.
It has been decided to urgently expropriate certain immovable properties within the scope of energy and infrastructure projects to be implemented in various provinces of Turkey. The Presidential decrees regarding the matter entered into force after being published in the Official Gazette.
Decisions published in the Official Gazette
New expropriation decisions have been published in the Official Gazette for energy and infrastructure investments to be implemented in different provinces of Turkey. Within this scope, the required immovable properties will be expropriated urgently.
Steps within the scope of TEİAŞ projects
It was decided to urgently expropriate certain immovable properties for projects belonging to the General Directorate of Turkish Electricity Transmission Corporation (TEİAŞ). The Yeşilhisar TM Connection Lines, Altınkaya-Sinop, and Çekerek Basin-Turhal energy transmission lines are included within this scope.
Areas where rights will be established
Within the framework of the expropriation works, ownership rights will be established for pole locations. For areas where the conductor swing clearance is located, it is envisaged that an easement right will be established by the relevant institution.
Nizip OIZ and TPAO activities
The immovable properties required for the Nizip OIZ Transformer Center Site and the Çekerek Basin-Turhal line will be expropriated. Additionally, similar steps will be taken by TPAO for oil and natural gas exploration projects in Thrace.
