Steps regarding the fight against the informal economy, increasing tax justice, and digitalization came to the fore in the Medium-Term Program covering the 2027-2029 period.

Digital Transformation and Technological Steps

According to the plan, it is aimed to reduce tax errors to a minimum thanks to technological capabilities such as artificial intelligence and big data.

Analysis and software studies are ongoing within the scope of the BİLİNÇ Platform, which will offer integrated digital solutions to taxpayers.

Tax Audit and New Systems

The e-Settlement system, which will enable pre-assessment settlement procedures to be carried out in the electronic environment, will be put into operation.

The artificial intelligence-supported Notice Processing System (VDK-IHS) will be implemented for tax notices.

Three-Year Tax Revenue Forecast

Tax revenues are estimated to reach 14 trillion 585 billion liras by the end of this year.

It is projected to be 19 trillion 906 billion liras in 2027, 23 trillion 973 billion liras in 2028, and 27 trillion 718 billion liras in 2029.
