OPEC+ Group's Production Decision
Seven members of the OPEC+ group decided not to go ahead with additional production increases in November, limiting the downward trend in prices, which rose to 102.70 dollars during the day.
Production Targets by Country
The daily crude oil production target for November was set at 10 million 478 thousand barrels for Saudi Arabia, 9 million 949 thousand barrels for Russia, and 4 million 431 thousand barrels for Iraq.
Production Levels of Other Countries
The production target was set at 2 million 676 thousand barrels for Kuwait, 1 million 628 thousand barrels for Kazakhstan, 1 million 7 thousand barrels for Algeria, and 841 thousand barrels for Oman.

While the countries decided to continue their monthly meetings to evaluate market conditions, it was reported that the next meeting will be held on November 1.
