The Board's Second Meeting Held
Vice President Cevdet Yılmaz announced that the second meeting of the Fund Coordination Board, established by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, was held in the morning hours. The results of existing measures targeting the fund market were addressed during the meeting.
Payment Schedule and Regulations Evaluated
In the statement issued after the meeting, studies regarding the net investment amount calculation method to be computed within the framework of the Capital Markets Board's decisions dated September 30, 2026, were discussed. Secondary regulations and the payment schedule regarding the payment decision taken by the board on the same date concerning fund accounts were laid on the table in detail.
Finalizing the Draft Law
Instructions were sent to relevant institutions and organizations to work on the draft regarding the Amendment to the Capital Markets Law, which has been ongoing for some time, in order to give it its final form. The sensitivity toward not imposing any additional burden on citizens in all regulations addressed was emphasized.
