Payment Schedule and Calculation Methods
The method for calculating the net investment amount within the framework of the Capital Markets Board's decisions dated September 30, 2026, and secondary regulations regarding the payment decision for fund accounts were evaluated.
Draft Law and Instructions
The draft regarding amendments to the Capital Market Law was also addressed at the meeting, and necessary instructions were transmitted to the relevant institutions and organizations to finalize the draft.
No Additional Burden on Citizens
In the Board's statement, it was noted that the approach of not imposing any additional burden on citizens was emphasized in all evaluated regulations, and that work will continue within this framework.
Payments for Funds in Liquidation
The Capital Markets Board decided to make interim payments of up to 1 million liras to investors within the structures of Tera Portföy, Pusula Portföy, Atlas Portföy, and Hedef Portföy for funds in liquidation.
