Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Alparslan Bayraktar, during his visit to Hakkari within the framework of the Turkey's Century Meetings, announced that the city will become a critical center in the field of mining thanks to its underground resources and young population.

Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Alparslan Bayraktar visited Hakkari within the scope of the Turkey's Century Meetings and came together with members of the press. Protocol members also attended the meeting held at the Hakkari Teachers' Lodge Conference Hall.

Minister Bayraktar stated that they are acting with a brand-new vision in the field of energy and natural resources in Turkey's second century. He emphasized that important policies will be implemented in line with the country's targets in Hakkari, which he had been planning to visit for a long time.

Drawing attention to the two major strengths possessed by the city, Bayraktar stated that one of them is the natural resources underground, while the other is the dynamic young population between the ages of 15 and 40.
