HÜRKUŞ-II Enters the Turkish Air Force Inventory
The New Generation Basic Training Aircraft HÜRKUŞ-II has joined the inventory of the Turkish Air Force Command with a ceremony held at TUSAŞ facilities.
The first acceptance activity of the New Generation Basic Training Aircraft HÜRKUŞ-II was carried out at TUSAŞ's facilities in Kahramankazan, and the aircraft entered the inventory.
Delivery Ceremony and Acceptance Process
The first acceptance activity of the New Generation Basic Training Aircraft HÜRKUŞ-II was held at Turkish Aerospace Industries' facilities in Kahramankazan. Following the successful completion of comprehensive flight and ground tests, the aircraft reached the delivery stage.
The Era of National Aircraft Has Begun
With the completion of the HÜRKUŞ acceptance process, the manned national aircraft era officially began in the Turkish Air Force. Following the successful conclusion of the approximately 3-week process, two aircraft entered the inventory.
2026 Targets
Within the scope of ongoing efforts, it is targeted to complete the delivery of a total of 12 HÜRKUŞ aircraft to the Turkish Air Force Command within the year 2026.
