Interim Payment Regulation for Fund Investors in Liquidation Process from the Capital Markets Board
While the Capital Markets Board decided on interim payments for certain fund investors in the process of liquidation, it approved capital increases for some companies and announced various sanctions.
With the recent decisions of the Capital Markets Board, it was decided to make interim payments of up to 1 million TL to investors who have reached an agreement in the Tera, Pusula, Atlas, and Hedef Portföy funds that are currently in the liquidation process.
Interim Payment Details for Funds in Liquidation
According to the decision made by the Capital Markets Board, interim payments can be made to investors whose reconciliations have been completed in the Tera, Pusula, Atlas, and Hedef Portföy Yönetimi AŞ funds that are undergoing liquidation.
Based on the net investment amount to be calculated by MKK, investors with holdings under 1 million TL will be paid the full net amount, while those above this threshold will receive a maximum of 1 million TL.
Liquidation and Reopening Schedule
In the A1 Capital, Bulls, and Pardus Portföy funds, the liquidation process will be carried out starting with the funds whose titles contain the phrase money market, based on the number of investors.
After the liquidation process is completed, some closed funds will be paved the way for being reopened for trading on TEFAS and non-TEFAS channels.
Capital Increase and Other Market Decisions
The CMB conditionally approved the issued certificate for the capital increase through allocation by Hektaş Ticaret Türk AŞ in exchange for the capital advance of the OYAK General Directorate.
While the activities of Tera Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ were temporarily suspended, an administrative fine was imposed on Borlease Otomotiv AŞ due to the delay in reports.
