Iraq and the US Agree to Continue Cash Dollar Shipments to the Country
The Iraqi government announced that it has reached an agreement with the US to continue the flow of cash dollars and that a new cash shipment will be carried out soon.
Iraq has reached an agreement with the United States for the uninterrupted continuation of cash dollar shipments to the country. Government officials reported that, in line with the decision taken, a new dollar shipment will arrive in the country in the coming days.
Decision Taken During the Prime Minister's Visit to the US
Iraqi Government Spokesperson Haydar al-Abbudi stated that contacts regarding the flow of cash dollars were made within the scope of Prime Minister Ali al-Zaydi's visit to the US.
It was announced that a full consensus was reached between the two countries on the continuation of cash dollar shipments as a result of the talks.
New Shipment to be Made Soon
Spokesperson Haydar al-Abbudi conveyed that a new cash dollar shipment to Iraq is planned for the coming days following the agreement reached.
