As a new era begins in social assistance, it was stated that able-bodied individuals aged 18-55 who have benefited from regular cash social assistance within the last year will be reported to İŞKUR. According to the regulation, individuals who reject job offers or courses 3 times will have their social assistance suspended for a period of one year.

A New Era Begins in Social Assistance

According to the regulations included in the Medium-Term Program and the İŞKUR circular, it is aimed to ensure the participation of social assistance beneficiaries in the active workforce.

Registration of Assistance Recipients with İŞKUR

Able-bodied individuals aged 18-55 who have benefited from regular cash social assistance within the past year are automatically registered with İŞKUR.

Action Plan to Be Prepared Within 20 Days

These individuals registered with İŞKUR are called to the institution within 20 days and a special action plan is prepared for them.

Right to Reject Offers 3 Times

Individuals directed to open positions or included in vocational skill development programs have the right to reject the offered opportunities a maximum of 3 times.

Suspension of Assistance for One Year

The social assistance of individuals who do not accept job referrals, do not attend interviews, or turn down job offers is cut off for one year by the Ministry of Family and Social Services.
