Kalyon PV Establishes Factory in the US for Solar Panel Production

Kalyon PV announced plans to build a new factory in the US to manufacture solar panels and solar energy technologies. The company aims to conduct direct product sales in the US market.

A new manufacturing facility is planned to be established under the newly incorporated company in the US, in which Kalyon PV is the majority shareholder. The facility aims to produce solar panels and products for the solar energy sector.

It is also planned to establish a sales and marketing organization in the US market through this new structure. During the investment process, a US-based consultancy firm specializing in tax, legal, and investment fields is being utilized.

Incentives and Management Statements

Within the scope of the investment, Kalyon PV anticipates benefiting from federal tax incentives as well as economic development incentives offered at the state and local levels.

Murathan Kalyoncu, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kalyon PV, stated that they view this new period as a strong execution phase that brings different ideas and experiences around the same table.
