MASAK Provides Fund Information to Prosecution in Capital Markets Investigation
The Financial Crimes Investigation Board has reported shareholders of investment funds from the period outside TEFAS to the prosecutor's office within the framework of capital market investigations.
The Financial Crimes Investigation Board transmitted information regarding the shareholders of investment funds, pertaining to the period when they were not traded through the Turkey Electronic Fund Trading Platform, to the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office within the scope of judicial and administrative investigations conducted in the capital market.
Investigation of Investment Funds and Shareholders
Within the scope of judicial and administrative investigations conducted in the capital market, the Financial Crimes Investigation Board forwarded information regarding the shareholders of investment funds during the period when they were not traded via the Turkey Electronic Fund Trading Platform to the relevant institutions.
Manager Movements and Reports
Two analysis reports, prepared by examining the financial movements of 117 managers who have served or are currently serving at Pusula Finans, Tera Yatırım, Hedef Holding, and Bulls Yatırım as well as their affiliates, were sent to the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office.
Suspicious Assets and Strict Monitoring
While a separate analysis report prepared due to suspicions regarding the concealment of assets belonging to one manager was also submitted to the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, tightened monitoring mechanisms were activated with banks and intermediary institutions.
Halted Transaction Attempts
As a result of controls directed at fund transfers abroad and unusual financial movements, transaction attempts amounting to nearly two and a half billion liras were halted as of September 21, 2026.
