Regulation Amendment and Objectives
With the amendment made in the Regulation on Real Estate Trade on April 29, 2026, it was envisaged that sales prices would be made through the system that ensures the simultaneous change of hands with ownership.
Infrastructure Works and Pilot Implementation
With the new regulation made to complete the technical infrastructure, integration processes, and preparations of stakeholders, the mandatory start date of the system was determined as December 1, 2026.
Integration Process with Banks
It was decided to determine an integrator to accelerate data sharing and infrastructure works between the General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre and banks.
