After a volatile week, silver prices started the new week at $63.86, while the gram price of silver is trading at 100.12 TL. The precious metal rose 1.64 percent on Friday to reach $64.48 per ounce.

Weekly Losses and UBS Targets

Friday's rise was not enough to compensate for the losses experienced the previous day, and silver declined by 2.6 percent on a weekly basis. Despite the volatility in prices, UBS has not changed its expectations for silver and announced a $70 forecast for December 2026.

Future Price Projections

According to UBS's forecast, the ounce silver price will reach $75 in March and June 2027, and $80 in September 2027. The $70 target set for the end of the year is approximately 8.6 percent above current levels.

The bank's September 2027 target of $80 points to an upside potential of approximately 24 percent compared to the current price. In terms of short-term direction, the focus of the markets is on the US Federal Reserve's meeting.
