Official transfer approval process initiated for Pusula Group companies

While the sale process continues for the financial companies of Pusula Group, which came to the agenda with a fund investigation, Emlak Katılım notified the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) that applications have been made to the relevant institutions for the share transfer transactions of Katılımevim, Birevim, and İktisat Katılım Bankası.

KAP Announcement and Applications

Türkiye Emlak Katılım Bankası Anonim Şirketi announced in its statement to the Public Disclosure Platform on the morning of September 25 that the official approval process for the share transfer transactions of the companies has been initiated.

Necessary permission and approval applications were officially submitted to the Ministry of Treasury and Finance, the Capital Markets Board, and the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency.

Companies Included in the Scope

With the latest official statement, the scope of the share transfer process has been expanded to include the banking sector.

Within the scope of the process, it is aimed to complete the share transfer transactions of Katılımevim, Birevim, and İktisat Katılım Bankası as soon as possible.

İktisat Katılım Bankası Value

İktisat Katılım Bankası has a capital of 10 billion TL, and its market value was calculated in an independent valuation report.

In the prepared report, the market value of the bank was determined as 12 billion 421 million 871 thousand 197 TL as of December 31, 2025.

Tera Group Process

Tera Group had previously announced an agreement regarding the transfer of Pusula Finans Holding and its financial subsidiaries.

While the current Emlak Katılım statement did not include information about Tera Group, the fate of the agreement remains uncertain.
