Otokar signs massive $1.47 billion wheeled armored vehicle export deal
The defense industry company has officially announced a giant agreement under which it will provide armored vehicles and logistical support.
Otokar announced to the Public Disclosure Platform that it has signed a major export contract totaling 1,472,080,360 US Dollars, covering the supply of various types of wheeled armored vehicles and integrated logistic support services.

In the official statement made by the company to the Public Disclosure Platform, the financial and operational magnitude of the signed giant export agreement was shared with the public.
Conditions of Effectiveness and Collateral Transactions
Conditions were established for the signed agreement to become valid, requiring the acquisition of necessary official authority approvals, the completion of letter of guarantee procedures, and the payment of the advance payment.
To secure the company's obligations and the advance payment to be collected, letters of guarantee totaling 441,624,108 US Dollars will be presented to the customer.
Delivery Schedule and Contract Duration
While vehicle deliveries are planned to start in 2027 and be completed in batches within 3 years, it was announced that the contract will remain in effect for a total of 7 years.
