It was stated that the ratio of gross external financing need to gross domestic product is at the level of 16 percent, and the ratio of gross external debt to national income is at 32 percent, which is below the long-term average.

It was noted that the ratio of the budget deficit to national income is approximately 3 percent, which is half of the developing countries' average, and the ratio of public debt to GDP is at the level of 22 percent.
