Under the leadership of the Ministry of Trade, a five-year cooperation protocol was signed with five leading marketplace platforms to empower women's cooperatives in the field of e-commerce.

Scope and Purpose of the Protocol

The initiative, carried out under the coordination of the Ministry of Trade, was prepared to ensure that women's cooperatives take a more active role in digital markets. This comprehensive cooperation was implemented within the framework of the 2025-2029 Turkey Cooperativism Strategy and Action Plan.

Support Provided by the Platforms

In the project—which includes Hepsiburada, N11, PttAVM, Pazarama, and Trendyol—the commission rates to be collected from cooperatives have been set at zero percent for the first six months. During the subsequent four-and-a-half-year period, the commission rate will be applied as 1 percent.

Visibility and Campaign Opportunities

Products manufactured by the cooperatives will be promoted with priority on the platforms' homepage banners, special category areas, and social media campaigns. Special visibility areas will be created with the 'Cooperative Products' tag, and periodic campaigns will be organized.
