According to the prepared planning, the distribution and usage areas of the total of 2 trillion 114 billion 700 million liras in resources to be transferred to state-owned enterprises over a three-year period have become clear.

Resource Distribution and Items

The total of 2 trillion 114 billion 700 million liras in resources projected to be transferred to state-owned enterprises in the next three years consists of two main items.

In this context, it is planned to allocate 996 billion 206 million liras for the strengthening of capital structures, financing deficits, and investments.

Assignment Fees

A total of 1 trillion 118 billion 494 million liras in resources is projected in order to cover the costs arising from the tasks assigned to SOEs.

When examined on a yearly basis, these payments are targeted to cover the relevant costs in the years 2026, 2027, and 2028.

Payment Plan by Years

A payment of 392 billion 134 million liras was planned for 2026 to cover the costs arising as a result of the tasks assigned by the President.

It is projected that a payment of 347 billion 986 million liras will be made in 2027, and 378 billion 374 million liras in 2028.

Supported Areas and Objectives

A significant portion of the transferred resources will be used to close the financing deficits of the institutions and cover investment expenditures.

Additionally, tasks such as preventing energy costs from being reflected onto citizens, coal aid, and supporting agricultural production will be financed from this budget.
