Sabancı Holding rose to the 23rd spot in the "World's Best Employers" survey conducted by Forbes in partnership with Statista, maintaining its leadership in Turkey and placing second globally in the conglomerates category.

Rise in the Global List

While a total of 900 companies from 52 different countries were featured in the list, including 5 companies from Turkey, Sabancı Holding maintained its leadership in the country.

Having continuously featured on this list for the past 9 years, the holding had also secured the top spot among Turkish companies in last year's rankings.

Achievements in Categories

Among the 29 companies evaluated in the conglomerates category, Sabancı Holding achieved success by rising to second place in the world.

Additionally, the company ranked seventh among the organizations from across Europe that made it onto the list.

Criteria of the Survey

The survey, conducted in collaboration with Forbes and Statista, was completed with the participation of over 300,000 employees from more than 50 countries.

Companies were evaluated based on criteria such as employees' tendencies to recommend their employers, benefits offered, talent development, working environment, and training opportunities.

The Importance of Human Resources

Sabancı Holding CEO Kıvanç Zaimler stated that the successes achieved in the first century were owed to human resources, and that this area will remain the greatest strength in the second century as well.

Zaimler emphasized that they approach attracting talent to the holding and creating a working environment that supports their development with a holistic perspective.
