Scope of the Investment Commitment Advance Loan is Expanding

Within the scope of the Medium-Term Program published in the Official Gazette, it is planned to expand the Investment Commitment Advance Loan to also include small-scale manufacturing industry investments.

With the new Medium-Term Program announced by Vice President Cevdet Yılmaz and Minister of Treasury and Finance Mehmet Şimşek, important regulations are being implemented in manufacturing industry supports.

New Era within the Scope of YTAK

According to the 2027-2029 Medium-Term Program published in the Official Gazette, the scope of the Investment Commitment Advance Loan will be expanded. The structure of supports currently given to investments with a lower limit of 1 billion liras will change.

Small-Scale Investments Will Be Supported

Within the framework of the Investment Commitment Advance Loan provided from Central Bank resources, high value-added and relatively smaller-scale manufacturing industry investments will also be included in the support scope. This new implementation area is envisaged to be put into effect in the final quarter of 2026.

Public Procurement Law Amendment Postponed

The Public Procurement Law amendment, which was planned to be implemented in the fourth quarter of 2025 in the Medium-Term Program published last year, has been postponed to 2027.

Other Regulations in the Program

The new Medium-Term Program also included various regulations such as a document-based financing program, temporary public debt restructuring for companies carrying the risk of cash flow disruption, and taking performance criteria into account in state aid.
