September inflation expectations announced
According to the conducted survey, economists' monthly inflation expectation for September was calculated as 2.18 percent, while a decline in the annual rate is projected.
The September inflation expectation survey conducted by AA Finans has concluded. Monthly and annual inflation forecasts became clear in the survey, which was attended by twenty-one economists.
Survey Participation and Date Information
AA Finans's expectation survey regarding the September inflation data to be announced by the Turkish Statistical Institute on Monday, October 5, concluded with the participation of 20 economists.
Monthly Inflation Expectations
The average of the economists participating in the survey for September monthly inflation expectations was at the level of 2.18 percent. Experts' inflation expectations projected for September ranged between 1.90 percent and 2.60 percent.
Annual Inflation Forecast
According to the average of economists' September inflation expectations, annual inflation, which was at the level of 31.51 percent in August, is expected to decline to 30.16 percent in September.
Year-End and Past Data
On the other hand, the average of economists' year-end inflation expectations was recorded as 29.66 percent. The Consumer Price Index data had increased by 1.84 percent in the previous month of August.
