Share trading to be suspended during Halkbank's secondary public offering process
Borsa Istanbul announced that trading of HALKB shares and related contracts in VIOP will be suspended within the framework of Halkbank's secondary public offering efforts.
Borsa Istanbul announced that trading in HALKB shares and futures and options contracts based on these shares will be temporarily suspended as part of Halkbank's secondary public offering process.
Public Offering and Capital Increase
An important decision has been made within the scope of the secondary public offering process aimed at increasing the capital of Türkiye Halk Bankası A.Ş. It was stated that the bank's shares to be issued will be sold through a secondary public offering.
Decision to Suspend Transactions
Upon the bank's request, Borsa Istanbul decided to temporarily suspend trading in HALKB shares on a date to be announced prior to the approval of the public offering prospectus.
VIOP Transactions and Maturities
On the same date, transactions in contracts based on HALKB shares traded in the Futures and Options Market (VIOP) will also be suspended, and different physical delivery dates may be determined.
Indices and Continuation of the Process
HALKB shares will not be removed from the indices during the period they remain closed, and the markets will reopen for trading once it is announced that the clearing has been completed.
