Planning, production organization, and quality control stages were reviewed and reorganized in a more scientific, meticulous, and flexible manner.

Long-standing bottlenecks in production were resolved, raw material supply was proactively secured, and modern equipment investments were made.
Over the past 10 years, the factory produced millions of detonators and ammunition for the entire military, achieving 100 percent of the plan and ensuring absolute safety.

The factory focused its investments on precision machining lines and modern measurement testing systems, aiming to control the entire production process.
Management systems such as ERP and MES were integrated into production operations, and digital transformation began to be actively implemented.

Through 530 technical innovation initiatives realized, approximately 16 billion VND in profits was generated, and new defense product prototypes were developed.
