United Arab Emirates-based MAIR Group signed an official share transfer agreement on September 23 to acquire 70 percent of the issued share capital of Eslab Kahve Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., the owner of Turkish coffee brand Espressolab.

Details of the Share Transfer Agreement

In an official statement to the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange, UAE-based MAIR Group announced that it signed a share purchase agreement on September 23 to acquire 70 percent of the issued share capital of Eslab Kahve Gıda Sanayi and Ticaret A.Ş., the owner of Turkish coffee chain Espressolab.

Position of Founding Partners in the Company

According to the agreement, Eslab's founders and current shareholders will continue to hold a 30 percent stake in the company. In addition, the founding partners will continue to serve actively in the company's future growth process.

Global and Local Store Network

As of August 2026, Espressolab has over 400 stores across 21 different countries, with more than 310 of this extensive network operating in Turkey across over 50 cities.

Regulatory Approvals and Process

While the financial size of the transaction was not disclosed by the parties, the successful completion of the process is subject to receiving approvals from regulatory authorities in the relevant countries and fulfilling the necessary closing conditions.
