Six Suspects Referred to Courthouse in Ongoing Fund Investigation
Managers and other suspects detained within the scope of the investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office were sent to the courthouse after police procedures.
Within the scope of the fund investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, six suspects, including high-level executives, were referred to the courthouse after the completion of their procedures at the police station.
Investigation Process and Detentions
An operation was carried out by police units within the scope of the fund investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office. Within the framework of this operation, a total of six suspects were detained and taken to the police station.
Individuals Referred to the Courthouse
Among the suspects detained within the scope of the investigation are Tera Portföy Chairman of the Board Erdin Özel and Tera Yatırım CEO Emir Münür Sarpyener. In addition, KL Taahhüt İnşaat A.Ş. Administrative Affairs Manager Fatmagül Lafçı, along with Bolkan Bekçi, Hasan Dörtkardeş, and İbrahim Halil Rat, are among the detained individuals.
Health Check and Courthouse Step
The suspects, whose interrogation and procedures at the police station were completed, were taken to Bayrampaşa State Hospital for health checks. After undergoing health checks there, the suspects were then referred to the courthouse.
