SPK's Announcement Regarding Payments for September 17 Orders of Liquidated Funds
The Capital Markets Board announced that payments will be made to holders of canceled orders dated September 17 for funds that were closed to transactions on TEFAS.
The Capital Markets Board announced that payments will be made from the liquidation balance to the holders of buy-sell orders that were canceled because the liquidated funds were closed to transactions on TEFAS on September 17, 2026.
Liquidation Process and TEFAS Transactions
The Capital Markets Board announced via its Bulletin dated September 17, 2026, that the funds whose titles were announced were closed to buy and sell transactions via TEFAS as of the same date and entered the liquidation process.
Current List and Transaction Restrictions
While the current list of liquidated funds was shared with the public in the bulletin published on September 18, all buy and sell transactions of the funds in question outside of TEFAS were also completely halted.
Payments for Canceled Orders
As required by the Board's decision, all orders given on September 17 for the funds closed to transactions on TEFAS on that date had been canceled; payments will be made to the holders of these orders in proportion to their participation shares.
